Family Information Service

Universal Healthy Child Programme
York's Healthy Child Service provides information, advice and support for children and parents and of children from birth to 19 years old.
School’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Pastoral offer
All schools will have a named SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) who will be able to offer advice and guidance to meet all childrens’ needs. The offer of support from schools and settings is described in the ordinarily available provision page.
Social care Early Help offer
Early Help is all about providing the right support to children and families at the earliest possible time; it brings together workers who can support the whole family to try and improve things for everyone.
