Education, Health and Care Plan annual review training pack
Following feedback from the Local Area Partnership, NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (HNY ICB) has developed with its partners, an education, health and care plan (EHCP) annual review training pack. The aim of this training pack is to support SENCo’s, EHCP co-ordinators and EHCP review meeting organisers with knowing where to request health advice from for the review, the notice health practitioners require when requesting health advice and inputting updated health advice into the EHCP.
The training pack includes the training presentation and a recording of the training, which can be accessed at a convenient time. There is also the guidance document which details the process of requesting health advice for EHCP reviews.
