At PCF York, we wholeheartedly welcome this policy for joint partnership working in our city. We believe that true progress happens when children, parents and carers come together with services as equal partners in shaping the support and provision that directly impacts their lives.

York is developing a strong culture of joint partnership working. Embedding this at both a strategic and individual level will build trust, enhance communication and provide a commitment to continuous improvement. By listening to families, valuing their experiences, and working alongside them, as a partnership we can proactively address challenges and create better outcomes for all children and young people.
