Name York's new Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Hub
We’re creating a new flagship hub for children and young people with Special EducationalNeeds and Disabilities (SEND) in York and their families.
The Clifton Family Hub will become the new SEND hub, where you and your family will be able to get lots of information, advice and support. But before we can tell everyone about the new hub, we need a name for it.
Support (if needed) your child or young person (under the age of 25) to come up with their idea for a name. The winner will be invited to support the grand opening of the SEND hub and will win a £50 Amazon voucher.

- your idea for the SEND Hub name
- the name of the child or young person
- contact telephon and email (so we can contact the winner)
- confirm consent that "I give permission for my child/young person to enter the competition and understand in doing so, the information shared in the entry will be saved for the purpose of choosing the best name for the SEND Hub. The winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher and will be invited to lead in the grand opening of the SEND hub in September 2025 where there may be a local media presence, and additional consent will be sought for any photos taken"
